Box Type Furnaces also called as Batch Furnaces as the material loaded for processing is loaded batch wise.

This are widely used for Oxidation of metals an important step in the manufacturing of metal powder by a few specific processes. Box Type furnaces are offered with a maximum Operating Temperature of 1000 Deg. C. These are offered with or without muffle. The Opening area of the Furnace is Customized as per Customer’s requirement. These Furnaces have Single Zone and are Batch Type where the Loading and Unloading of Material for Heat Treatment is done from Single Door only.

Temperature controlling is done using Thyristor & PID.

Customized Trays / Stands are provided as per the Material to be processed in Box Type Furnaces.
